How to perform the exercise

  1. Kneel on the floor.
  2. Extend arms and put hands shoulder-width apart on the floor in front of you.
  3. Tighten abs while you bend your arms, lowering your torso until your chest grazes the floor.
  4. Push the torso back up by straightening your arms. Slow and steady.
  5. repeat.
